Shipping Policy
Orders paid with PayPal are usually shipped the next working day (Monday to Friday).
Orders paid via Western Union will need to wait until we can pick up the money transfer (usually the next day) before we ship out your order.
If you have elected to pay with a check or money order, we have to wait 15 business days for the check to clear after receiving the payment.
If you are outside the United States and are paying with a cheque, we have to wait 20 business days after receiving payment for the cheque to clear.
The fastest way around these delays is to pay via PayPal, money order, or Western Union. If you are not from the United States and you decide to send a money order, it MUST be an International money order (there is a difference to our bank).
Please make sure the name of the check, money order, or Western Union transfer is made out to "Jenni Deacur".

Items that are not Media Mail or other regulated forms may not be shipped via Media Mail or designated regulated method. U.S. law forbids such use, and we will ship the next cheapest method. You will be advised of the restriction and charged the difference before we ship the item.
Please be advised that the shipping times quoted on the Shipping Estimator is an estimate only, and will vary due to various circumstances. We will do our best to get the package on its way as fast as we can, but after it is with the carrier, it is their responsibility if it is "late", not ours. We cannot and will not be held responsible for packages that don't arrive within the quoted time. If you have a problem with the delivery time, take it up with the carrier. We WILL NOT refund shipping costs if it arrives "late".
Shipping Method Policy
We ship via USPS. This is our preferred shipping method because this is fastest.
If you want UPS, DHL, FedEx, or another shipping method not on our list, we charge a $15.00 handling fee, whether you pay for the shipping and arrange the delivery or not. This is to cover our time involved in packing, form filling, and delivery to an authorized outlet.
Customs Policy
We are not responsible for taxes, customs, import fees, brokerage fees, or any other fees for you to import our catalog products into your country.
Payment Method Policy
We accept PayPal. Shipping is next day (Monday to Friday).
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and eCheck payments via PayPal Payments. (It's easy. Nothing special is required on your part other than a valid credit card.) Shipping is next day (Monday to Friday).

We accept Certified Checks, Money Orders, and Western Union. Shipping is next day. Personal checks have a 15 day hold.
For international payments, please pay with an International Money Order if deciding not to pay via Credit Card or PayPal. This will be held for 20 days.
We accept cash only if paying in person.
Return Policy
There are no returns on printed products. You will be sent artwork proofs prior to it being sent to the printer, so there really shouldn't be any errors in printing.
There are no returns on virtual products.
